Native central America and the Caribbean. The Velvet leaf philodendron has a fast growing nature and can be grown either supported as a climber or left trailing.

Micans boast beautiful velvet-textured, heart shaped leaves that can vary in colour according to the light. Expect dark green, deep red and pink tinges.

This plant prefer bright filtered sunlight but should not be placed in direct sunlight.

Water moderately, allowing the top 3cm to dry out between waterings.
